About Our Practice
Dealing with a serious personal injury or the death of a loved
one is difficult enough without the added burden of dealing with
insurance companies, claims or pursuing legal action. For over 27
years, the Personal Injury attorneys at Bolhouse Law Offices have
been dedicated to assisting clients who are faced with such a personal
tragedy. From acting as their personal advocate with insurance companies
to aggressively working to ensure they receive the maximum compensation
to which they are entitled, our clients' best interests remain our
primary focus.
We do not take every case that comes our way. Rather, we examine
the merits of each case, determine if it is a case that is appropriate
for our firm to handle, and take the only the ones we believe we
can win.
Types
of Cases We Handle
Our Personal Injury attorneys handle serious personal injury and wrongful
death claims arising from:
- Automobile Accidents
- Motorcycle Accidents
- Boating Accidents
- Brain Injury
- Dog Bites
- Construction Site Injuries
- Premises Injuries
- Wrongful Death
- Nursing Home Abuse
What
We Recover for Our Clients
We aggressively fight to help our personal injury clients and their
families recover the maximum amount they may be entitled to, including
compensation for pain and suffering, loss of enjoyment of life, permanent
disability, present and future medical expenses, property damage,
loss of earnings, and permanent disfigurement and in the case of a
spouse, damages for loss of income and companionship.
How
We Are Paid
We understand that an injured client may not have the financial resources
available to hire an experienced, qualified personal injury attorney
on an hourly basis, so we are willing to work on a contingency fee
basis: we are paid based on a percentage of the amount we recover
for our clients. We are candid with our clients and after examining
the merits of each individual case, advise whether negotiation, arbitration,
mediation or litigation is in our clients' best interest.
